On the day your lease begins, you’ll want to have all utilities turned on with each account in your name. If you have any questions, please contact us.

Ready to move out? Please call or follow the links below to stop utility services.

  • Electric: Visit Pepco.com or call 202.833.7500 to move or stop service.
  • Gas: Visit WashingtonGas.com or call 844.927.4427 to start service, or notify them of a date to close your account. Note: 48 hours are typically required to start service.
  • Water: If water is not included in your rent, visit DCWater.com or call 202.354.3600 to set up an account in your name.
  • Electric: Visit Pepco.com or call 202.833.7500 to move or stop service.
  • Gas: Visit WashingtonGas.com or call 844.927.4427 to start service, or notify them of a date to close your account. Note: 48 hours are typically required to start service.
  • Water: If water is not included in your rent, visit WSSCWater.com or call 301.206.4001 to set up an account in your name.

PAY YOUR RENT ELECTRONICALLY
